When a top-rated musical act asks to return to a venue and the venue responds with a “yes please just tell us when” then you know you’re onto a winner!
That is precisely the case for our next charity concert set for FRIDAY AUGUST 14th (7.30pm).
“Cartwright” first played our intimate and friendly Ballam Arena in 2023 when the response to a truly excellent show was very positive indeed.
The acclaimed duo – father-and-son acoustic duo Roger and Max – have since made clear their desire to return.
It may have taken over three years, but here we go …
Roger and Max present a genuine masterclass in musicianship and have supported major acts in theatres up and down the UK over a combined 50 years.
They perform a mellow mix of well-known songs across various popular genres (without any need for backing tracks!!) including a great selection of crowd-pleasing, singalong numbers.
So, if you are into The Beatles, Elton John, Glen Campbell, Van Morrison and a whole lot more and also appreciate live guitar-playing of the highest standard then this is undoubtedly the show for you.
