St Matthew’s has pulled off another musical coup!
We are delighted to announce that ‘Cartwright Guitar Show’, a renowned father-and-son vocal acoustic duo, will provide our next concert on Friday 9th June (7.30pm).
Namely father Roger and son Max, ‘Cartwright Guitar Show’ hail from Lytham/Manchester and boast more than 50 years’ playing experience.
They have supported major acts in theatres up and down the UK and recently proved a big hit on the same bill as Creedence Clearwater Revival at Lowther Gardens.
Roger and Max perform a mellow mix of well-known songs, with two vocals, two guitars … with no call for any backing tracks!
We look forward to an intimate evening of laid back, professional entertainment with songs from artists such as The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Glen Campbell, The Doors, Elton John and many more.
